We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered learning management system.

9. Connected Advertising Accounts

Institutes using our Marketing module may connect their own Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising accounts to LMS Campus. Connecting is optional, is initiated by the institute, and is never required to use the rest of the platform.

What we access

When an institute authorises the connection, we access only what is needed to operate the campaigns they ask us to run on their behalf:

• The list of advertising accounts the authorising user has granted us, with each account's name, currency, time zone and status.
• The campaigns, ad groups, keywords and ads created through LMS Campus, and their approval or policy status.
• Daily performance figures for those campaigns — cost, impressions, clicks and conversions.
• For lead advertisements, the contact details a prospective student submits in the ad form, which become an enquiry record belonging to that institute.

We do not access the advertiser's billing or payment details, and we do not create or modify advertising accounts.

How we use it

This information is used solely to provide the Marketing module to the institute that authorised it: to create and manage the campaigns they configure, to show them their own performance dashboards, and to link the enquiries and admissions in their LMS Campus account to the advertising that produced them.

We do not sell this information, do not share it with third parties, do not combine one institute's advertising data with another's, do not use it for our own advertising or to build audience profiles, and do not use it to develop, improve or train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we store and protect it

Access and refresh tokens issued by Google and Meta are encrypted before storage, are never sent to a web browser, and are never written to logs. Every stored record is scoped to the single institute that owns it, and our systems prevent one institute's data from being read by another. Advertising performance figures are retained only for as long as the institute uses the Marketing module.

How to disconnect

An institute can disconnect an advertising account at any time from Marketing → Ad Accounts inside LMS Campus, which deletes the authorisation we hold. Access can also be revoked directly with the provider — at myaccount.google.com/permissions for Google, or in Business Settings for Meta. Disconnecting does not delete or alter anything inside the advertising account itself; campaigns created through LMS Campus continue to exist and remain fully editable in the provider's own tools.

10. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure adequate protection through appropriate safeguards and legal frameworks.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through our platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
